Delivery Restrictions
There are restrictions to certain services outlined below.
1. Free delivery to UK Mainland customers ONLY
3.1 This service only applies to the following postcodes. AL, B, BA, BB, BD, BH, BL, BN, BR, BS, CA, CB, CF, CH, CM, CO, CR, CT, CV, CW, DA, DD, DE, DG, DH, DL, DN, DT, DY, E, EC, EH, EN, FK, FY, G, GL, GU, HA, HD, HG, HP, HR, HU, HX, IG, IP, KT, KY, L, LA, LD, LE, LL, LN, LS, LU, M, ME, MK, ML, N, NE, NG, NN, NP, NR, NW, OL, OX, PE, PO, PR, RG, RH, RM, S, SA, SE, SG, SK, SL, SM, SN, SO, SP, SR, SS, ST, SW, SY, TA, TD, TF, TN, TQ, TS, TW, UB, W, WA, WC, WD, WF, WN, WR, WS, WV and YO.
2. Palletised Delivery.
2.1. Please be advised that any individual item that falls over a total volumetric weight of 30kg will require a palletised delivery method. This will be calculated at the checkout process.
3. Worldwide Delivery
3.1 Worldwide delivery is currently unavailable.
4. Dispatch Times
4.1. We aim for same day dispatch but this sometimes is not practical due to external infucences like courier collection times and packaging requirements.
5. Warranty Restrictions
5.1 Warranties are only redeemable by the original purchaser, unless the product or installation warranty states a third party user. Warranties are non-transferable. This applies to all products and installations.
5.2 All warranty claims must be made with the original purchasing paperwork, within the warranty timeframe.
5.3 Claiming a warranty on a product does not restart the duration of the warranty claim. The warranty period is from the purchase of the original product.
