Shipping
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
For smaller packages we use a tracked 48hr service from Royal Mail or Evri. For larger pallet items they will be dispatched direct from our supplier by their nominated trusted courier experts.
Yes we do, you can collect from our store in Plymouth.

If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days for UK orders please contact us for tracking information.
Please note, most couriers do not consider items to be lost until 14 days have elapsed.

We will provide you with a Returns Number; parcels received without a Returns Number may be refused.
Once we have received the damaged goods, we will dispatch a replacement or refund you in full.
No, we do not ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply within the UK, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Returns
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
If you have changed your mind or decide you no longer require the goods, you will need to complete a returns form and return the item/s to us in their original packaging and with any accessories/manuals etc within 14 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel any orders please contact us on 0330 1331 316 before 1.30 pm on the day of the order.
Any orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be delivered.

Yes, we offer trade accounts if you are a registered company and can provide us with 12 months of trading history.
We offer a Nationwide price promise but it must be the same product and in stock with the company you find it at.
